Verification & Shipping

  • When placing your order, please ensure that you enter the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit or debit card statement. In a event that your information does not match exactly what your credit or debit card has on file, your order may be held for pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly. If your order has a pending verification status for over 2 business days, then the card may be refunded the amount of the order and the order will be cancelled.
Due to Covid-19 please understand that shipping may take longer. Thank you. 
    Promo Codes
    Enter your promo code once you've proceeded to the "Checkout Screen" and watch it instantly be applied to your order. 
    • Promo Codes cannot be combined with other promotions or promo codes. 
    • Promo Codes cannot be applied to a item already on sale. 
    Returns and Refund Policy
    • If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you must email us with original receipt at  ltreyacollection@gmail.com within 7 days to request a refund, items must be sent back in the condition they were recieved! If for any reason you can not provide the original receipt you will recieve a credit towards a future purchase. 

    Due to Covid-19, please allow 5-7 business for a return request.
